Building Holidays:
The following is a list of days that the building observes as holidays. Building services and HVAC will not be provided on these days and both building and elevator access will require the use of your building access card. HVAC will need to be requested HVAC through Genea and will be billed to your account accordingly. The Management Office should also be notified of any holidays your company may have that are in addition to those listed below. Please note that the building typically sends out a memo to confirm availability of services prior to most nationally observed holidays.
